  3. To work with you to ensure that your children’s attendance to school is excellent 

Personal Development 

  1. To further enhance personal development experiences, so that students aspire to post-16 and beyond. 
  2. To ensure that students are best prepared for future success by implementing a stable careers programme. 
  3. To provide excellent out of school activities to enhance the learning experiences of our students. 

Leadership & Management 

  1. To ensure that safeguarding remains effective 
  2. To ensure that our school leaders are highly competent. 
  3. To ensure that leaders communicate effectively with students and others in their community including parents and carers, employers and all other local services.
