- To further enhance personal development experiences, so that students aspire to post-16 and beyond.
- To ensure that students are best prepared for future success by implementing a stable careers programme.
- To provide excellent out of school activities to enhance the learning experiences of our students.
Leadership & Management
- To ensure that safeguarding remains effective
- To ensure that our school leaders are highly competent.
