Key Stage 4 curriculum overview:


Students begin studying GCSE Science in Year 10, following the AQA exam board and scheme of work for the new specification (Combined Science Trilogy). This route allows pupils to gain two GCSEs.


Selected pupils are given the opportunity to follow Triple science at the end of year 10. This provides a more in depth look at each of the topics below in all three disciplines – Biology, Chemistry and Physics. This route allows students to gain three GCSEs, one for each discipline.
