Employee Benefits

Re:  New Employee Benefits Providers – Now available!

We are pleased to announce that our new employee benefits platform provided by Sodexo is now available at www.sltemployeebenefits.co.uk

The platform will provide you with:

  • access to over 6000 discounts for use at supermarkets, high street stores, cinemas, restaurants, on holidays and much more
  • access to instant eVouchers for use online or instore either online or via the mobile app, please see attached details
  • access to corporate gym memberships rates

Due to Covid 19 you will notice that some of the discounts are currently not available, but Sodexo are working hard to show you where savings can be made at this current time.  Please see the attached ‘save from the comfort of your sofa’ and sky store discounts.  You and your little ones may even like to take up the challenge to win a movie voucher!

There is also more to follow in the coming weeks including cycle to work, healthcare cash plans and financial loans so watch this space…

To log into the site click on the link above, click join and add your details.  Your employee number is your payroll number/employee ID which can be found on your payslip down towards the bottom on the left hand side.  Next you’ll be asked to add an email address and password and then you’re ready to go.

Once you have logged onto the website you can also download the app to your phone from your providers app store.  Details on how to do this are attached.  Once downloaded the app will allow you to access instant eVouchers while out shopping and use them to pay straight away.

If you have any questions please contact the HR Team.

What are they? And where does the discount come from?

eVouchers are a form of payment at a selected retailer.

The principle is that you are purchasing an eVoucher through your platform at a discounted rate and using it to pay for your goods at the selected retailer. For example, if a retailer offered a 10% discount and you wanted to buy a £50 eVoucher, you’d only pay £45 for it. The face value of the eVoucher is still £50, but you’ve paid less for it. Make sure to check before buying that you can use your voucher in-store, online, or both – depending on your need.

Can you use the eVoucher multiple times?

If you have bought a ‘pre-denominated’ eVoucher (in a set value, e.g. £5, £10, £25 etc) you can use this eVoucher as many times as you want until the balance is £0. Some eVouchers are ‘open value’ – this means you can purchase the exact value you need, to the nearest pound.

Don’t forget the new ‘Discounts by Sodexo’ app for instant savings on the move. Available on iOS and Android.
