A very successful day for the year 11s taking part in the PruGOals programme. They had the opportunity to work with the Dame Kelly Holmes Trust and their athlete mentor Kelvin Batey who is an ex BMX and motor cross world Champion. The Nutrition workshop broadened their knowledge of the importance of diet, not only in a health and fitness sense but exam preparation too.
They all received their brand new Raleigh Hybrid bikes and had the chance to practice before taking part in the Bike Ability level 1 and 2 tomorrow. All students were exceptional throughout the day and did Claire Molloy, Cockshut Hill and myself very proud.
